ALRA Non-Metallic Deodorant is a gentle natural stick deodorant for non-irritating protection agaist odor and wetness.  Lichen Extract provides the natural bactericide and fungicide, which act to reduce micrococci and diphtheroids.  The active compoent is usnic acid, extracted from alpine lichen (usnea barbatal).  Oil of Cypress is considered a natural deodorant and has astringent, capillary-constricting properties.  Its active constituents are tannins, and it provides a fresh natural (not chemical) fragrance.

Like all ALRA Care Products, the deodorant is free of harsh chemicals, and contains no alcohol, no artificial fragrances and no added color.
